The donor bike, still sitting in the truck. Was much easier to load than unload due to the power lift the guy had in his shop to lift the bike in.

Getting it off the truck was a 2x6 ramp and a lot of praying. It all worked out.

Here is the back side of the motor that I am going to use to power this bike. If you look carefully you can see a grey wire in the middle of the brushes. This is a thermal tap that will allow me to monitor the motors temp while it is in use.

All emptied out. Just need to get a power washer to it to get the last of the grease out.

I traded my old tank for this red one. I am going to cut up my tank and it was in better internal condition than this red one, so I switch it with the guy.
